!!!STAY AWAY!!! On Friday 2/23/24 at about 1210pm my daughter doing a school project called from hildebrandt to see if the location would like to donate 2 dozen donuts. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell a 13 year old girl he would donate his nuts. I went to the location to discuss this with management, and was told the employees can't do that and it didn't happen. Management did not want to hear anything I was trying to say just deny deny
Love the ice cream. The service today was not great but the ice cream is always good.
This place is bad. Customer service is worse. Make me wait 30 minutes on drive-through when I went to the window they said they don’t have donuts they’re out. Just be careful when you order something. Ask them if they have something in stock or not. I won’t be coming there anymore. Such a waste of time.

Went there on 10/9/23. At 6:06pm They had little girls working I asked for a large frozen coffee with a splash of caramel the cup was at least 4 inches full of caramel I drove off before noticing went back and asked for another one and to please just put a splash of caramel I'm pre diabetic and again same thing the cup was 4-5 inches full of caramel. This isn't the first time it's every single time I go there to this location. It's so frustrating
