For instance, the waitress... read more While some issues may seem minor on their own, they collectively led to a disappointing experience that could deter future customers. For instance, the waitress simply placed the bread plates at one end of the long table instead of circulating to take orders. This resulted in several people needing to relay information back and forth, as she couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear her. She appeared to wait until we discovered that we were expected to pass the menus down to her. Additionally, she didn’t clear the salad plates from the table, which left little room for our main dishes. Our drinks also went unrefilled. Most of the food was served barely warm, and when a dish was mistakenly given to the wrong person and partly eaten, she didn’t offer to replace it. The replacement took 15 to 20 minutes, and it was served without any sides for the person to eat. The process of getting and settling our checks was very slow, and when we requested boxes for takeout, the waitress returned 10 minutes later without them, claiming she didn’t know how many we needed. When we asked for bags because we had ice cream that needed to stay cold, it took too long for her to respond, so we decided to grab them from the kitchen ourselves. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at the time, and there appeared to be 4 to 6 servers on duty. On a positive note, the food was quite tasty, and the atmosphere was decent, though there were several flies buzzing around the dining area.

W... read more The server was friendly, the rolls were hot, the salad was fresh, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the baked potato was tasty. We didn’t run out of drinks. We were a large group and I was very satisfied with my food.
