I travel far as there are no location near Humble, Tx because at one point Buzzles was very good. First time my order was wrong, today my shaved ice was dry and bothtimes the service was horrible.

We love Buzzle Shaved Ice and visit several of their locations. However, this one is a no go this time around. No one was In The drive thru line or in the front... read more We love Buzzle Shaved Ice and visit several of their locations. However, this one is a no go this time around. No one was In The drive thru line or in the front so we went through the drive thru. We waited almost five minutes before someone came. Then aboutfour girls came from around the back. My order was wrong and they did not pay attention to anything. Please train these youngladies. Thank you.

I have tried other locations and fell in love with Buzzles. So many flavors and combinations to choose from. I always look forward to one of these treats on the... read more I have tried other locations and fell in love with Buzzles. So many flavors and combinations to choose from. I always look forward to one of these treats on the really hot days. But this location didn?t compliment the other locations. I went on aSunday evening and the outside line was wrapped around the parking lot so I went inside. There were about 4 or 5 young teensworking the shop. They would argue about who was taking orders and who was making the icee. The girl kept jumping betweenmopping the floors and making orders without washing her hands. There was trash all over the floor in the seating area and thetables were all sticky. So needless to say I won?t be back to this location. It?s poorly managed.
