Was Michelle Minton at Bread Zeppelin a mag?
I went for lunch with a work colleague and tried their Nashville Hot Chicken salad. I asked them to substitute kale for the ice berg lettuce and I asked for extra hot sauce. It was pretty good and had nice flavor. I loved the prickly pear lemonade. View all feedback.
What Throttle Therapy dislikes about Bread Zeppelin:
Always like Bread Zepplin but the staff just looks dirty. Like they don’t groom themselves Poor attitudes a lock of hair fell in my food and I was more disgusted by the fact that the people behind the counter didn’t even appear too have respect of self hygiene. I hope management sees this and provides a new policy on them being clean and having there hair out there face View all feedback.

This restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind. The range of fresh ingredients and inventive combinations results in delicious and healthy meals. As someone with anemia, I find that the food here greatly supports my nutritional needs while also offering a convenient dining option.
I visited Bread Zeppelin last week and have always loved their zeppelins. This time, I ordered through their app for the first time, and I found it to be user-friendly. I highly recommend trying their Lone Star Zeppelin. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that I wish the zeppelins were larger. I found myself feeling hungry later that afternoon and would appreciate having options for larger sizes, like medium and large.

It's not a sub, and it’s not a wrap, but it certainly is delicious and leaves me curious about what happened to the inside of my bread pocket/tube. As a side note, I asked and discovered they are repurposed into croutons and bread pudding. I ordered the Nashville Hot in a Zeppelin and added a combo for $3.69. I have to say, I loved everything about having my salad and sandwich fixings stuffed into a light, airy, crispy, crusty bread shell; it paired perfectly with an unsweetened tea and some Zapps hotter 'n hot jalapeño chips. This is a fantastic choice and just a stone's throw away if you’re staying at the CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village.

Alright, found the new go to Sandwich spot! This place is phenomenal. Bread Zepplin. It's in Spring. It's soooo amazing. The sauces are made fresh. The bread is sooo fresh. It's a healthy alternative. Staff is super friendly. Definitely been needing aspot like this. They make the sandwich by hollowing out a baguette and filling it. Totally different. Go check it out!
Had our first stop at a Bread Zeppelin last night. An interesting spin on the salad/sandwich shoppe competition and we very much enjoyed it. The two young ladies on duty were very friendly and did a great job. The food was excellent (we got thebuild-your-own bowls). We were passing through the area, but will try again if we come across one sometime down the road.
I was in the area and decided to try out Bread Zeppelin for the first time. The concept is definitely unique—you can either choose one of their specialty dishes or create your own. I went with the bread salad, which is basically a hollowed-out loaf filled with fresh salad, so you eat the bread along with the salad. If you prefer a traditional salad bowl, that option is available as well. The bread salad was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be returning while I’m in town, and I really wish there was a place like this in my hometown!
This was my first visit to Bread Zeppelin, and I was impressed. The atmosphere is inviting, with bright, clean, and modern decor. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of soups, salads, and Zeppelins. The staff was very helpful in guiding us through the choices and even offered samples of different dressings. I ordered the Create Your Own with shrimp and the Washington State Zeppelin—both were delicious. They also have a unique selection of juices; we tried the Pink Guava lemonade and really enjoyed it.
My first experience at Bread Zeppelin in CityPlace was excellent. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff was quick and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. If you haven’t tried Bread Zeppelin yet, you’re definitely missing out!
