The restaurant is very welcoming, it was a game menu with a glass of the bubbles of the region (Juprelle), 2 mouths with smoked ham from the region and a pastrami of pinetade. A St Jacques vinaigrette in 'Nut Oil & Fall Salad and a birch dish, juice reduced to blackcurrant, beet, red onions and rice Koji. The dessert was on the theme "like a taste of fair in Liège. All served with a selection of wine.
