Interestingly, th... read more Typically, I don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to speak out after seeing two negative and completely unfair reviews about this Subway. Interestingly, those reviews were posted by the owners of another business in the same shopping center (which I won’t name since I’m also a customer of theirs). I frequently visit this Subway shortly after it opens, as that fits best with my schedule. I’ve noticed the owner of the neighboring business standing outside this Subway waiting for it to open at 10 AM just to fill up her cup with ice—something I’ve witnessed three to five times. She never buys anything; she just waits for her free ice each day. I find this behavior unfair and exploitative. When the owner of Subway finally stood up for themselves, those neighboring business owners retaliated by posting two 1-star reviews. I don’t think this is acceptable and it reflects poorly on our Thornburg community. We shouldn’t allow anyone to bully local businesses in our area! I plan to talk to the owners of the establishments who wrote those unnecessary reviews and share my thoughts on their actions.

I called the store to express my concerns, but they claimed they don't notice any unpleasant smells at all.
