Supposedly worthy of a Michelin star (told by a local), but having been to several restaurants with 1 to 3 stars, this restaurant came up short. From the beginning service forgot my drink but apologized, dishes were overzealous with very basic food topped or garnished with non-complimentary items (eg, Ravioli had a raw fish sprinkled on top which they didn’t know the name in English and added zero flavor or texture to; They asked if I’d like the steak Medium Rare so I assumed they knew what that meant. Instead, steak wasn’t removed in time to account for the extra cooking within as it arrived at the table -got a solid Medium with Medium Well areas and the coffee ground garnish that seeped onto the steak and vegetables ruined the taste. Even the simple port sauce over the steak was nothing to write home about. Pictures look better that actual taste. Side note, I’m a foodie that enjoys food for every category. I’d never rate a burger joint in comparison to a posh sit down restaurant. For the price they charge, and the ambiance they’re trying to achieve, I truly hope they bring in a top notch chef so that it becomes a restaurant that’s packed and hard to get a reservation at by my next visit.
