Maybe some small aspect can be improved but nothing so exaggerated. Prices might seem a bit high but I think they include table service.

We ordered simple coffees, slides, etc, so no big deal, but unfortunately the order arrived after more than half an hour. Cold or tepid coffees. High prices. Inefficient waiters who don't know how to do their job, don't bring the orders to the counter and stand still without doing anything. Avoid going there, you will save time and money.

Wide assortment of pastries, which however does not compensate for the not very nice manners of the staff, who approached us with a condescending attitude. Very short coffee (although in reality we had asked for a normal one) served at the table at the price of €1.50 (without receipt).

The girls talk to each other even though the bar is full of people waiting. When the coffees arrived they were frozen, the cheesecake was smaller than a cream puff and in all this they didn't bring sugar for the coffees. The prices are stratospheric €1.50 for coffee, €1.90 for a slide) and the taste was terrible. The poorest service I've ever had in a restaurant. Terrible.
