The service was quite slow, and it seemed like our order was overlooked. I'm very disappointed. I just hope the food is served hot when it finally arrives.
The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely disappointing. Despite making multiple mistakes with my order, the staff couldn't even muster an apology or show any concern. I've encountered better service from 16-year-olds at McDonald's. From now on, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm willing to drive a bit farther or pay a little extra for at least decent customer service.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cooks were arguing loudly with each other, and occasionally they'd call out, "Sorry, we messed up the chicken; it'll be another ___ minutes." The cleanliness was just as concerning; there wasn't even a trash can in sight. On the plus side, the food was decent. However, the fries were soggy, and the chicken was comparable to fast food quality. It seemed like the staff, who should have been wing experts, wouldn't even know how to process a refund, which is the only reason I stayed for the meal. To be completely honest, it's better to save your money and just head across the street to Chick-fil-A.
This was my first time eating here, and I found HAIR on my wings. The food was good, but the hair completely ruined my appetite. They definitely need to implement hairnets.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 9:30 PM on Friday, February 23, and a server named Selina took our order. Everything seemed fine at first, but then we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. When I inquired with another staff member about the delay, I learned that they had never printed my order. They simply apologized and told me that if I still wanted my meal, I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Is that it?
