It h... read more As a Seattle native, I believe I have a good understanding of what authentic phad thai should taste like. The phad thai from this restaurant was delicious. It had a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors. They used thin rice noodles which were not typical, but worked well in the dish. I would rate this restaurant close to a 3-star rating. Although the dish was not overly dry, it also wasn't very saucy. I would definitely consider returning to try more dishes.
