I go to this subway because I really like the man/woman owner. I have been here for years and they had fewer stellar employees in this time. recently, that was great. I landed this morning and there was a young man I haven't seen yet. he started talking to me and was very polite. I wondered how my day was going and something like that. I asked him how he did it and he said that the person, the last night closed, did not have their closing duties. this has created a lot of additional work for him when he began his shift. this would affect most people's day, but he had a great attitude about it. we talked about the current state of the world and how important it was to be happy and optimistic. After about the 10th time he called me “Sir”, I asked if he was before the military. He said he wasn't, but that was just the way he was raised. he was in his 20s and many people his old are not so respectful. I was very impressed by his performance and customer service. did not get his name, but it was on 1/31 10:30. you have a good job up there. first subway worker I have ever given a tipp. He was surprised and I told him to go next door and get me a coffee. Go on!

She also... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employee, Mya, was rude and seemed annoyed to be making sandwiches, which is part of her job. She also did not make my sandwich correctly. When I asked to try the new pretzel, she rolled her eyes before making it. I was very disappointed with both the service and the food. I will not be returning to this location.
