Subway - Spokane

Nice Subway staff ever! I go to this subway because I really like the man/woman owner. I have been here for years and they had fewer stellar employees in this time. recently, that was great. I landed this morning and there was a young man I haven't seen yet. he started talking to me and was very polite. I wondered how my day was going and something like that. I asked him how he did it and he said that the person, the last night closed, did not have their closing duties. this has created a lot of additional work for him when he began his shift. this would affect most people's day, but he had a great attitude about it. we talked about the current state of the world and how important it was to be happy and optimistic. After about the 10th time he called me “Sir”, I asked if he was before the military. He said he wasn't, but that was just the way he was raised. he was in his 20s and many people his old are not so respectful. I was very impressed by his performance and customer service. did not get his name, but it was on 1/31 10:30. you have a good job up there. first subway worker I have ever given a tipp. He was surprised and I told him to go next door and get me a coffee. Go on!

Evan w. helped me tonight with his mask wearing the right away. very pleasant young man and helpful when I asked his opinion on sandwich options. he must tell the young gentleman on the 29th location, who refused to place his mask correctly, which is a great tipper I am. the 29th location has not got my business.

I broke into lunch. it has 4 beautiful kickback soft chairs in the center of the company. Sweet! eating is always fresh in the subway. good pleasant service and fast even if not too busy.

Not contactless.I ordered using the mobile order so my sandwich would be ready when I got there and on the contactless shelf so I could grab and go without any human contact or waiting.Two days in a row with two different employees this happened.Why even bother if I have to wait for everyone in front of me to get their sandwiches made before I can get them to hand me mine from behind the counter?This made me reschedule my afternoon. I had to leave to pick up my kids and then come back.

What good is pre-ordering on the App if you don't make it before arrive?!?!?!
