There was no salt on my pretzel, was just footlong bread
This is the best Subway order we've ever had! We ordered a 6-inch steak and a 6-inch tuna sub, but they came out as footlongs instead. They were incredibly delicious and now I have lunch for tomorrow too. Thank you, Subway!
The sandwich was missing some of the extra toppings that I ordered. The pretzel and churro were both dry and heavy. However, the cookie was delicious.
If I could leave this giving zero stars I would but I can't. Whoever is working right now making sandwiches PLUS their supervisor are very unprofessional and don't need to be working with the public or in any public setting for that matter. They have the worst customer service skills I've seen in my 30 years and I'm utterly disgusted with their behavior and way they handled my sister's INCORRECT order. Do better and get better employees, hopefully corporate doesn't hear about this....
Seemed like they didn't want to be there. Burnt my bread. Food wasn't cooked right. I got order. Got in my car left. Ate 3 or 4 bites and threw the rest away. Won't come back.
