Subway - Spokane

Rachel is so sweet! She is patient and willing to answer questions about allergies, i come here at least once to twice a week during the night and she’s always been attentive and friendly no matter the time. Kinda been looking forward to seeing her when i come through!

12/17/2021 9:10 AM. Tried to get them to make a sandwich for me, gave up several minutes later after it was clear they weren't interested.

I've had 2 very different experiences in the last couple days Laila was happy, helpful, and made my sub perfect... Sam on the other hand...Now my experience today with Sam was not as pleasant... I asked her to put a little Buffalo on my chicken before she warmed it up and she drowned it in bBuffalo sauce.I also asked her to cook the bacon on top of the chicken so it doesn't dry out to she replied this is how I do it and put it directly some paper and burned it. The bacon was so gross and ruined the sub. I will not go to this subway unless Laila is working

Slower and not very good service. very dirty place to sit and eat.

If I could leave this, I wouldn't. who is currently working is very unprofessional and does not have to work with the public or in any public environment for this matter. they have the worst customer service skills I have seen in my 30 years and I am totally disgusting with their behavior and the circumvent with the INCORRECT order of my sister. to get better and better employees, hopefully does not hear the company?.
