My son got the bee... read more Best pho I've had in a long time. The broth is clean and bright, not overwhelmed by star anise like a lot of them, and is perfectly balanced. My son got the beef teriyaki, which is easily one of the best teriyaki dishes I've had. They make their own teriyaki sauce. It's nice and light, not heavy, sugary and syrupy. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, nice and crisp but not raw, very generous portion. Very pleasant staff. This place is a keeper!

I would definitely return when I'm in the mood for pho.

They were also very attentive and quick. I have a service dog and they treated her with respect, even bringing her a drink. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The food was even better than the service. It is the best Pho restaurant in Spokane! I would rate it 10/10.
