My friend worked there, she told my wife and I how creepy, disgusting, dirty the back room was, there were mice in the kitchen and outside the back door. the ow... read more My friend worked there, she told my wife and I how creepy, disgusting, dirty the back room was, there were mice in the kitchen and outside the back door. the owner is very cheap and allows them to use a certain number of towels each week. we live in times where health and sanitation are of greatest concern. I no longer feel comfortable eating there and I also recommended my family and friends not to go there.

The portion size was satisfying, but there could have been more protein in my pho. The service was friendly, although a bit slow. I understand it was just one person managing everything. I would definitely return when I'm in the mood for pho.

They were also very attentive and quick. I have a service dog and they treated her with respect, even bringing her a drink. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The food was even better than the service. It is the best Pho restaurant in Spokane! I would rate it 10/10.
