Our server was attentive and mindful of our need to get to a show. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time.
The food was excellent dynamite shrimp, sesame chicken, signature lo mein and chocolate soufflé. We have enjoyed many meals at P.F. Chang’s.
Overall the experience was good — while we had a reservation, the staff was slow to seat us and the atmosphere was somewhat chaotic and noisy with pop music that didn’t seem to belong, but the food tasted great and our server did well.
Great dinner and our server was amazing! We had a lovely dinner. Great way to start the Christmas season.
We had a 6:00 reservation and didn’t get seated until 6:45. It was a busy night and the lobby was packed with people waiting. It’s hard to imagine in today’s world with all the data that is available to a restaurant, they can’t manage a reservation system more efficiently than having to miss the time by 45 minutes.
