I called the restaurant to see if they could adjust the time, and without hesitation, they agreed to help me. I was really impressed by their kindness and willingness to assist, even while they had a line of customers. It was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Kudos to the Panda team! However, during my vi... read more I typically don't have high expectations when dining at the mall, and it's understandable given how busy it can get for everyone involved. However, during my visit today for some chow mein, I encountered a wonderful experience thanks to Shannen, the lady at the counter. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to accommodate my request for noodles with minimal vegetables. Not only did she agree, but she also prepared a fresh bowl without any vegetables at all. I truly appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. I hope they continue to provide such excellent customer service in the future!
