Noodle Express - Spokane

I have been a longtime resident of Spokane and have been a customer of Noodle Express for years, probably since they first opened. In recent years, I stopped going because the food quality seemed to have declined. However, I decided to give them another try this evening with an online takeout order and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement! The rice was delicious, no longer dry and tasteless. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. It seems like they may have changed their teriyaki sauce, as it no longer has as strong of a flavor. Everyone in my household was impressed by the quality of all four rice bowl entrees we ordered for dinner. The new menu items, especially the option to have broccoli instead of slaw, were a welcome addition. I really hope that this improvement in food quality will continue to be consistent at Noodle Express.

The Dynamite Chicken with noodles is absolutely fantastic and my favorite dish to order. The slaw is also a delicious addition, making it feel a bit healthier. My doctor may not approve, but it is just too good to resist!

The servers may come across as a little rude at times, but I believe they are just overwhelmed and dealing with a lot. The food is good with gluten-free options available. The atmosphere is pleasant and allows you to grab your own napkins and utensils. Overall, I would give it 4 stars.

We pulled into this restaurant last minute and was not disappointed. I enjoyed the chicken and broccoli rice bowl. It was a normal size(not a small), and it filled me up! Kids enjoyed mac n cheese, of course! The wait for our food was not long and came out hot. The staff was nice and patient with us.

Was great! Hot yummy food great service and we bought a cookie to share also.
