Noodle Express - Spokane
Noodle Express
Description
Noodle Express continues to delight patrons with its vibrant rice and noodle dishes, lauded for freshness and flavor. While many rave about the quick service and friendly staff, concerns have emerged regarding portion sizes, particularly with rice bowls that sometimes feel disproportionately heavy on rice. Accessibility issues and occasional delays in side orders have also been noted. Nonetheless, devoted fans admire the customization options, including vegetarian choices, and continue to cherish their dining experiences. With its commitment to quality, Noodle Express remains a beloved fast-food destination, though enhancements in portion control could elevate its offering even further.

Feedback
I have been a longtime resident of Spokane and have been a customer of Noodle Express for years, probably since they first opened. In recent years, I stopped going because the food quality seemed to have declined. However, I decided to give them another try this evening with an online takeout order and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement! The rice was delicious, no longer dry and tasteless. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. It seems like they may have changed their teriyaki sauce, as it no longer has as strong of a flavor. Everyone in my household was impressed by the quality of all four rice bowl entrees we ordered for dinner. The new menu items, especially the option to have broccoli instead of slaw, were a welcome addition. I really hope that this improvement in food quality will continue to be consistent at Noodle Express.
The Dynamite Chicken with noodles is absolutely fantastic and my favorite dish to order. The slaw is also a delicious addition, making it feel a bit healthier. My doctor may not approve, but it is just too good to resist!
The servers may come across as a little rude at times, but I believe they are just overwhelmed and dealing with a lot. The food is good with gluten-free options available. The atmosphere is pleasant and allows you to grab your own napkins and utensils. Overall, I would give it 4 stars.
The food is delicious, but you can definitely sense some cliques, like being in high school.
6/26/24 noon Customer service is horrible here. The young girls are rude and don’t care. The cooks are definitely high or drunk. They look so messed up. I ordered beef teriyaki rice. And my rice was yellow? I asked them why and again she was rude. Stated that the yellow was chicken broth? And laughed. This scares me to try to eat here again.
