This restaurant has a really welcoming atmosphere. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and I've always felt comforted and at home. The staff are friendly and serve quickly. The food is consistently excellent, with incredible flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Plus, their prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food they serve. It's my favorite Chinese-American restaurant!

We absolutely love New Harbor! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and it’s locally owned. It’s unbeatable! It easily outshines Peking Palace, which used to be our favorite for years.

Lunch specials. They have great lunch specials for $7.95. I had shrimp and almond chicken and my brother had almond and kung poa chicken. Cheaper than a bruchis.
