Yet inconsistent service and availability — including abrupt early closing, occasional takeout mistakes and reports of declining recipes — temper the enthusiasm. The new location’s neon, dive-bar look divides opinion, but for large appetites and mac lovers the food remains the main draw.

The food was amazing! I had the Cougar Gold burger and would recommend it to anyone. They happily added jalapeños for me. The staff were very friendly and spent plenty of time checking in and talking with me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Your food is expensive but im ok that because it's good. I have been a customer for around 5 years. What I'm not ok with is getting less than half of what you're supposed to get in a to go box. I spent almost 100$ and when I opened the boxes I saw that they were no more than half full each. The reason I used to like you guys even though you are expensive is due to the big portions I used to get. This is the 3rd time this has happened i figured it was a mistake the first two times. I am disappointed in you guys. The burgers were good though.
