However, on Mother's Day, when we got a dinner to go, we realized there were no biscuits included. We went back to get biscuits and they also gave us a complimentary cake.

I thought that that employee really care... read more Absolutely delicious and what amazed me the most was one of the employees who helped me get the best deal for my buck!! I thought that that employee really cares about the customer, so I want to say thank you to that individual. Her mannerism towards me wasn't KFC doing(8 know you guy's had a part in it in teaching them about customer service, but this was different. She Her upbringing and her thoughtfulness is what grabbed my attention! Thanks again KFC for hiring her. And also for your great food, which I only eat very seldom.
