I absolutely love Jacobs Java! Customers have the option to choose their own flavors. The baristas are also very helpful in assisting customers who are unsure, resulting in an incredible espresso experience.
My favorite go to before work place! If I wake up low, I can always count on a great cinnamon mocha and great staff to brighten my day! Need coffee? Go here! ?
I am not one to complain, but I have to say that I frequent the restaurant in Airway Heights often, as do many of my classmates since our school is nearby. Unfortunately, I have not been the only one to receive poor service at this location. During my most recent visit, I had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members. They were overly insistent about taking my order quickly (in fact, most of the baristas are quite pushy, with only a few exceptions). I understand the need for efficiency, but the aggressive approach was off-putting.
The drinks are fine, when they actually make it... 3rd time they were given a physical list of drinks for our work and they missed mine entirely. I work at 0550, I am grumpy without coffee and now I am drinking the work sludge.
The barista’s served me a coffee before they were even open. They are the best ever and I appreciate them all morning as I sip on my delicious coffee!!!Thanks for being great humans?
