Bruchi's
Description
Bruchi's in Spokane offers a mixed culinary experience, with some patrons praising their delicious subs—particularly the chicken cheesesteak and Brate Turkey Sub, which have garnered a loyal following. However, issues with food consistency, inattentive service, and order accuracy have left others disappointed. While some visitors rave about the generous portions and quality, others report their sandwiches arriving dry or missing key components. Additionally, concerns about the restaurant's exterior safety and disorganization have been noted. Overall, while Bruchi's has its devoted fans, there are significant areas for improvement that could enhance the overall dining experience.
Feedback
The restaurant looks clean overall, but there are cobwebs in the roll up door hardware. When sitting inside, the view towards Division Street is cluttered.
I requested barbecue sauce to be added to my cheesesteak sandwich three times, but it still did not come with any. The staff at the window seems to be very inattentive. I was extremely disappointed and this is not the first time experiencing this issue. I will not be dining here again.
We come here at least once a month, usually every other week. It is THE BEST Brate Turkey Sub in the state. And the fries are so delicious. I dream of bruchis. I've been coming here for ten years. Always brilliant. This situation is always great.
Bruchi's in Spokane is my favorite spot for goat cheese steak. I especially enjoy their chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. The quality and consistency at the North Spokane location have been exceptional during my many visits. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 7-inch Bruchi's sandwich looked more like a 10-inch Subway sandwich. Although I didn't measure the sandwiches, it seems like a great value considering today's market prices.
