What Gregorio Hand dislikes about Bruchi's:
For a new restaurant they don't keep things clean. Even though we were the first customers of the day, the drink station, multiple tables and the baskets for the food was all dirty. Wouldnt come back here. Food was okay but not worth the grosscleaning issues. View all feedback.

Food is okay, airway heights location could work on cleaning off tables. We have been into the Airway Heights location over a handful of times and tables are rarely cleaned off. I am always wiping crumbs off the table we want to use. Other than that thefood is great.

We arrived and inquired about the type of oil used for frying the fries since my husband is vegan, but we couldn't find any information online. The staff member replied, "We dip them in oil." We pressed further, asking, "What oil do you cook them in?" She said, "I don't know, maybe soy oil?" This vague answer wasn't very reassuring, but we could see she was young, so we let it go. As we reached the drive-thru window, we noticed the girl adjusting her pants and fiddling with her stomach while wearing the gloves meant for preparing our food. During the wait for our order, the staff were giggling and peeking at us, distractedly playing on their cellphones. When we finally received our water cups, we found they didn't have lids or straws. After waiting, we asked for ketchup and napkins, but there were no napkins in the bag, and the ketchup packets were sticky, resembling honey. Good thing we had asked for napkins! When we got our sandwiches, one was unexpectedly soggy, almost like the bread had been dipped in water. I've enjoyed eating here in the past, but this experience was truly disappointing. They really should have someone older than 16 on staff. Frankly, the behavior of the employees made me hesitant to eat my soggy sandwich, leaving me wondering what they might have done to it. My order was prepared by Diana B.

I ordered a French dip, an Italian sandwich, and large fries to share. The French dip had an overpowering griddle taste, the Italian sandwich was missing its sauce, and the fries were bland and lacked seasoning. I ordered large fries, but they were only half full. What’s going on at this location? It’s nothing like the old Bruchi's at North Town Mall. I really hope the owners address these issues.

There's no need to choose any other fast food burger. This is unequivocally the best burger in the area.
