Wake Up Call Pines - Feedback

What Anna Fowler doesn't like about Wake Up Call Pines:
Incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication from the Pines off of Trent location. They've closed an hour early twice when I was there now, and this most recent visit they put the 2 extra espresso shots into the wrong coffee, and we cannot even get it fixed since despite being an hour before close (according to the door sign which says 7, online actually says 7:30! they've closed up shop. I frequent this location often and the staff is phenomenal!! Brooke is always the sweetest, gives the best drink recommendations, and always knows how to put a smile on my face. Her customer service is exceptional and she knows how to make her customers feel thought of! I wish her the best luck in her journey to Tri-Cities.
