Jake Clay's Public House

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the 1910 Black Camp beer. I ordered a half sandwich, a side of pasta, and soup. The chef came out to personally check on us. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic eating, great selection of liqueurs and pleasant atmosphere. chill and dug some of the best food in the Spokane area. I can't listen to the food quality enough, my mouth had several how I swallowed the south side and the bacon/tomatoes/gorgonzola suppe was incredible

Great little neighbour bar. excellent food. not fried food, but fresh, tasty and homemade. in any case on my list to visit more often!

I took my daughter tonight and met marisa and jake! fantastic eating and even better owners! we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely go back!

I cannot express enough how much I recommend this place. The food is absolutely amazing. The tomato soup was the best I've ever had, and the grilled cheese that accompanied it was just as delicious with amazing cheese. The croissant bread pudding was so good it brought tears to my eyes and made me feel things. And the prices? $6 for a handcrafted dessert, $10 for the sandwich and soup - one of the best meals I've had in years. My girlfriend had a salad with an exceptional house-made feta ranch dressing that I can't stop thinking about. Her French dip was just as good, if not better, than my sandwich. The staff was friendly and personable, with the chef even coming out to ask us if we enjoyed our meals, smiling as I expressed how happy every bite made me. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu and indulge in that bread pudding again and again. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars - these people deserve 7.
