Shook - Split

Bad service, pasta was boiled and tasteless. The pizza I had was acceptable, but nothing special. They would expect more as the situation is amazing. We've been disappointed because both of us had a soft stomach after that.

Nothing too special, cocktail was watery, ice too dry. Prices as high as anywhere in downtown. You can't pay here with the card, and this caused another star to be removed.

I've never left a review for something, but only for this restaurant I have to express how absolutely terrible it was. I ordered a burger and the rolls were at least three days old. They were as hard as a rock. Then when I told them they gave me a baguette in half to use as new rolls??? Besides the terrible food, the service was just as bad. They were very impatient and did not really give us time to order. When we asked for a recommendation, they gave us nothing and told us that we should only decide what we want. Then when we wanted to pay, the waiter refused to give us a reception, did not want to share the bill and was upset when I wanted to see how much I had to pay for what I ate. Nothing about this restaurant was enjoyable and I have never left a restaurant that has been annoyed so far. Don't waste your money here.

I was "Looking" through the service we received in this restaurant. All the time I was there, I felt like I personally insulted the staff in any way (I'm sorry if that was the case, but we just asked if they had a table free). The food was edible, but nothing compared to the later food and service we had in Split and Hvar. Wouldn't recommend.

We waited 10 minutes to even receive menus, our drinks order came wrong, waited 45 minutes for food which we then had to chase up ourselves and it was finally brought out cold, we asked the waiter to reheat it and it still wasn 't hot. We complained about our experience at the end and they only offered a 50 kuna discount (only a small fraction of the meal price). After speaking to them further about this experience they told us that it was our fault that we didn 't complain during the meal even though we had already complained multiple times and were sick of trying to chase down waiters. When we reluctantly went up to pay, our waiter told us to 'never come back to this restaurant and never come back to croatia '. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour from their staff and we were shocked to be spoken to like this when we remained very calm. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
