The restaurant offers a variety of vegan sorbets made from dried forest fruits that strike a perfect balance between sweet and tangy. We found the chocolate ice cream so delicious that we returned for it multiple times. The cones are also vegan, and the staff is lovely. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ela's:
There are about 6 flavors to choose from and you can sample them before making a selection. I tried the chocolate flavor, but it was too dark for my taste. The lemon and mint flavor was very refreshing and not overly sweet. On my second visit, I tried the passion fruit flavor, which was delicious but very sweet. I love this place. the chocolate ice cream is delicious and they even have vegan friendly cone. the personal is informed about vegan and gluten-free.
They had five different vegan sorbets when we went there. I was in love with the mango sorbet! But I didn‘t like the orange ginger sorbet. All in all just give it a try and find out whats your favorite sorbet is.
Yummy ice cream friendly staff. Would have liked more options other than sorbets or chocolate but what they did have was good!
A selection of sorbets plus chocolate, all separated to one side of the freezer so it isn’t confusing which is really nice. They were quite big portions to other places (read: normal size, not excessive which i was grateful for. And they were yummy! Staff were really sweet and I saw them washing out one of the metal tin things which i read somewhere is a really good sign. Amazing!
Currently serving also vegan chocolate flavour, besides the fruit sorbets (like most gelaterie in Split). So that's a point in favour, plus cones are vegan too. Tasty !
