Great dishes from start to finish. For the appetizer I had the burrata mozzarella, which was perfect served cold on a hot day. I had wagyu and tuna which were cooked perfectly. For dessert I had the chocolate volcano, which was a nice cherry on top, even for a person like me who doesn't usually get dessert. The food was assembled beautifully and the dishes were delicious. This was the most delicious meal, I had a glass of wine, a steak(with topping), a side dish and a bowl of handmade pasta. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing. The staff was so kind and sweet. I was traveling solo I didn't make a reservation I tried to get a table here and 1 other restaurant. The other wouldn't even wait list me for a table or even a seat at the bar. The host here took my info and put me on a wait list. I had a nice table right in the middle of the restaurant. The whole dinner was $66USD plus tip. At home the steak alone would have cost that alone.

I spent a few days in Split early in the season and decided to try the steaks at this restaurant. The atmosphere was a bit more upscale and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. The cold meat plate we started with was of excellent quality. The steaks were hands down the best we've ever had, and we've had quite a few! The Wellington was on par with top restaurants anywhere, truly top-notch. The truffle mash was delicious, although I did have one small issue - the cold plate caused the mash to cool quickly. When I mentioned this at the end, I was made to feel like it was my fault for not mentioning it earlier. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars, but I hope they take my feedback to heart and ensure a hot plate is standard at this level. Overall, it was nearly a perfect experience.

Had the shrimp risotto with beet sauce and it was creamy, earthy and had tons of small shrimp everywhere. Family also ordered the potato soup, which was really rich surprisngly and the Adriatic Traditional Joy for 2 persons who had to share a buttery pot of seafood and linguini. The shrimp cake was also very tasty, only wished that they contain more toast. All in all, including the service was great.

We had an excellent meal here and the service couldn't beat! We thought of an early dinner (without reservation) and the waiter was very accommodating. The monk with truffle was unbelievable as the bagged fish with shrimps, mussels and Tagliatelle. Beautiful outdoor atmosphere too.
