I grew in barbecue country in the US. Wow simply wow. I've been all over Europe the last two months. I've been craving a burger. The smell as we walked by hooked me. They have the single best burger I've had in a long time. Better than almost all the US burgers I've had. They use only fresh Croatian beef, nothing frozen. The owner is ready with a smile and a hearty welcome. The waitstaff is bubbly and extremely efficient. I just can't say enough good things about this place. It us a must visit in Split.

Cooked over coal perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Sunny side up egg also made perfect. I'll try again.

The staff was... read more We stumbled over Bosso while we try to find somewhere with a vegan option and Bosso had a few options that was surprising as it is a steak place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the vegan burger and I can honestly say it was the best vegan burger I ever had. It came with some delicious chips and a salad. We were a group of 6 and all enjoyed their food. I would definitely recommend lunch here, especially if you are vegan, because it was really easy.

It just happened to come by and stop for a drink. Decide to eat after reviewing the reviews and view the menu. Has the hot burger, but to be honest, they all looked amazing. Don't really eat burgers or red meat, so it was a treat. Really good food, more than I could eat. Would you certainly recommend the staff and service were great beautiful and relaxed atmosphere

The beef patties are made every morning ready for service. It was cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh. The bun was soft and brioche like. The chips were crispy and salty and there was even a little balsamic salad on the side! The portions were just enough...if not too big for me...but I still ate it all. Definitely worth a visit! Best burger in Croatia!
