I stopped here the other day and they did a makeshift switch and used regular hot sauce instead of the regular sauce. I can't figure out why a place would do that. I can't figure out why a manager would allow this. I used to work for the colonel and that was the cardinal sin, changing a recipe. I haven't gone back. Sad
