Good service, friendly staff (except for one waitress) and helpful, pistachio risotto deserves 5 stars, good quality of the piccanha meat (I don't know how to spell it), very good and excellent Argentinean wine. The atmosphere is not particularly welcoming and warm but there are much worse!
Wow, what dishes...after trying the Tijuana restaurant in Bergamo, which had impressed me so much, I decided to try the one in Spirano, and I was so happy. It's a very cute and well-kept place, with pictures of adorable cows on the walls. I won't even mention the meat because it was divine, it melted in your mouth. The tartare with caramelized onion and confit tomatoes was excellent, and the slightly spicy Peruvian skewers had a phenomenal balance. A place that inspires emotions and a lot of joy.
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly positive. A restaurant that stands out for its originality, quality, and customer service. I started with an apple and goat cheese risotto, beautifully balanced in flavor and prepared with great care. For my second course, I chose chili with beans accompanied by baked potatoes, a rich and satisfying dish, cooked with expert overseas flavors that perfectly enhance the ingredients. The owner, of Peruvian origins, has created an informal atmosphere that is extremely attentive to the needs of a European clientele, successfully combining different gastronomic cultures and building an effective team capable of offering a complete, 360° service. The service was friendly, precise, and fast, always present without being intrusive. The location is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and tables suitable for both individuals and large groups. Parking is also excellent, available both on the property and in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. The quality/price ratio is absolutely in line with the dishes and service offered. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a change, or to pair an Italian dish with cuts of meat cooked South American style, meticulously cut, seasoned, and cooked.
Everything was excellent, from the delicious food to the top-notch table service. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. The welcome was always smiley and courteous (qualities that are becoming increasingly lost around the world). Equipped with a wheelchair-accessible ramp and restroom, it also has an outdoor area for summer aperitifs. Prices were more than reasonable for the quality, and the Argentinian steak was a must-try if you were in Tijuana. Highly recommended, both for elegant dinners and for a family birthday party with kids.
