Big Father's Room was bustling, but the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were served promptly. The food was excellent, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The sticky toffee pudding eclair cake was a standout—definitely a 10! There was also a fantastic selection of drinks, and my little boy particularly loved the playground. View all feedback.

During our wait, which felt excessive given that the pub wasn't overly busy, I noticed that a table was left uncleaned for half an hour after the previous guests left, and we weren't offered any drink refills during that entire time. Had a Carvery tonight and it was delicious, the new series of Veg was beautiful.... The staff was also very friendly... Cameron behind the bar was absolutely fabulous! And always our food served by Jack and Alice with beautiful service with a smile very nice and polite they were just beautiful!
My vegan burger wasn’t quite hot enough- the staff changed it and I was instantly pleased with my food. Great end result! Problems happen but now you manage issues quickly, effectively and without any problem was very very good
I've been going to Fox Cub for a while. It's definitely one of the nicer Marston pubs. Eating is always hot, the drinks are good (if not a bit expensive) and the atmosphere is relaxed. I had no dessert from here, but they look fantastic!! Also really appreciate they have an area dedicated to the dog part of the family.
I showed up for the quiz and had an amazing Southern roasted chicken burger who was delicious would recommend a visit very much. I was served by Cameron, who was super helpful, even though he had Mango Chutney over himself. Bless x
Very welcoming staff. food was amazing staff was there to help at all times. Very relaxing and never felt rushed as I have been in other restaurants. I have recommended it to my family to visit for them selfs.
