I understand that it can be difficult to find good help, but we sat in the car waiting at the window for 20 minutes to receive our food and drinks, and the person serving us made us feel like we were a bother.

On one occasion, my party waited for 10 minutes without being served, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. I will not be dining here again.

I ordered a hot ham sandwich, but they gave me a cold one with cold slices of ham and cheese. I had to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich, only to find out it was not prepared properly and tasted unappetizing.
