We utilized the drive-thru service. The employee was extremely patient with our complex and large order. This was my first time purchasing fast food in over 5 years, as I typically do not eat it. However, the rest of my group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and left with satisfied stomachs. Thank you. View all feedback.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past 6 months and the service has been consistently poor and slow. On one occasion, my party waited for 10 minutes without being served, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. I will not be dining here again. View all feedback.

I have always had good experiences at this Hardee's location in the past, but today I was disappointed. I ordered a hot ham sandwich, but they gave me a cold one with cold slices of ham and cheese. I had to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich, only to find out it was not prepared properly and tasted unappetizing.
We had to wait 15 minutes for them to come to the window to take payment for our order. Another 5 minutes passed before we received our drinks and food. When we finally got our food, it was cold and the fries were hard and stale.
Went thru drive they took my order pulled up to the window waited 15 minutes for them to come and take the money for my order then waited 5 minutes to get our drinks after
Never had a burger that was more dried out than the ones we got tonight. Buns were old tasting half dried out. Meat was dry crunchy around edges with not a bit of moisture. Dry hard to eat meat was not
