What Alyssa F doesn't like about Zizzi:
Took 45 mins for our order to be taken. We asked for 2 glasses of tap water as well as our cocktails. Had to ask 3 times for the water but it never came. The quality of the food was really poor, not tasty at all, very bland and stodgy pasta. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
Had a pizza and dessert and loved it! Definitely recommend, decent enough amount of options too
The food was disappointing and seemed like it was just frozen Costco items. The service charge was questionable as there was minimal service unless you were paying. The sweet potato fries we ordered as a starter came after we finished our main meal. I would suggest going somewhere else. Overall ratings: Food - 2, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 2. Plenty of parking available, but it is paid parking.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I requested a specific table due to having a toddler, but they refused because it was for a group of 6 or more. However, no one ended up using that table and we were still seated until 10pm. The food was very bland with no real flavor. I do not plan on returning. Parking is free after 6pm and there are plenty of parking spaces available, including paid parking lots. The average price per person for dinner is £20-30.
