I had an almost transcendent experience watching my sub being prepared. The gentleman behind the counter was systematic, meticulous, and intentional in his work. Although he was in training, I can't fathom what else he could possibly learn. After enjoying this sandwich, I have felt a serene calmness that has lingered for days. Highly recommended.
The young man working here took great care in filling our orders and was very prompt. Everything was fresh and delicious. It's a fantastic spot for a quick visit.
Stopped to get a coffee and sandwich in Spedden. The server was either having a bad day or just didn't want to be there. The coffee was old and super strong 3 creamers before it changed colour. The sandwich was bland and I even picked out my own toppings. I ended up throwing everything away. Not eating there again.
The parking lot is in poor condition and not well maintained at all!
What a strange place to have a Mr. Sub! Like so random in the back of a highway truckstop in the middle of no where. The location is clean and the food seems fresh. They aren't very fast when a flood comes at lunch in the summer of people coming in from Garner Lake, but the business is still relatively new and I am sure they will get there. If you avoid that lunch rush it is great!
