By far, this is the best Mexican food in Spearman. The restaurant has a quaint atmosphere and serves delicious dishes. It is popular among the older crowd for early morning breakfast and coffee. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent.

There aren't many dining options in the small town of Spearman, but after trying a couple of other places during my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast I had at La Familia. I ordered the huevos rancheros, which was delicious with flavorful chili sauce and homemade tortillas. The staff was friendly and attentive. If I find myself back in Spearman, I will definitely dine at La Familia again.
