Fast and accurate service with great food. I do want to stress that this location is extremely fast, there's always a line in the drive thru but you will not be waiting long at all, and I always have big orders View all feedback.

Zaxbys on the west side of Spartanburg has dropped off. They tried to give us another order. I only live a few minutes when I came home, my food was cold and the toast was burned. Not only that while we were in line, the manager came out to bring food to a customer and her belly was out! Customer service in the drive window? The worst experience at Zaxby. View all feedback.
Food is always fresh and service was quick. I would have liked a few more fries on my plate. Other than that an overall positive experience
Quick stop for lunch on our way to the beach. We don't have these places at home so we try to stop whenever we can. Manager was very friendly, we talked about him being from Versailles, Ohio and food and service were great.
Really good place. So yum you will want to come back everyday. I am from Oregon and I visited South Carolina and I loved it. Zaxbys is like Chick fil A or maybe even better. Super good! you should try it!
My children love the Snak of Big Zax. I love the frits and drinks because of the crushed ice cream.
Excellent food and service I dont know who's mama is back there on that chicken but she ain't playin!
