Starbucks - Spartanburg

I don't care for the portion size on their drinks. I really don't go with the pricing just being honest

The one with the red hair was super nice and helpful but the blonde one who’s a little bit on the heavier side is clearly overwhelmed and cannot handle working at a customer service job. Her attitude was rude and curt, genuinely do not understand why Starbucks only has two people working when it’s so clear that it’s affecting both their jobs (messy and unclean environment) and their performance.

I regularly buy a venti Chai tea with vanilla syrup. It costs $5! Then I ask for half and half for my tea, and I put it in my own travel cup. I'm tired of getting too little creamer for a 20-oz cup of tea that I paid $5 for!! Starbucks is making money hand over fist and you can't afford to give your customer a generous amount of creamer!? Give me a break! Some locations do, but others cheap out. When I asked for more, the employee looked at me like I was asking for her debit card. That's why you get two stars!

That employees weren't unfriendly by any means but very distracted. They were having a full conversation among themselves while texting. They were going through the motions, The cashier asked me the same question.Three different times because she forgot she asked me.

We had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was hot, fresh and delicious and drinks were made correctly also very delicious!
