Sparks: Fire Inspired Grille

Although the restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel where I was staying, there were some drawbacks to my dining experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy, as I was one of the few customers. However, the tuna appetizer was overcooked and had an odd taste, indicating that it was not fresh. Additionally, the burger I ordered medium rare arrived 45 minutes late and was well done, which was disappointing.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and was impressed by the outstanding food and beautiful interior. The outdoor seating area overlooking the park with fire pits was very attractive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I frequently travel from Manhattan to Spartanburg, so I understand that everything is relative. Sparks is undoubtedly the top restaurant in the city. The food is exceptional, the service is incredibly friendly, and it's a peaceful spot to enjoy a meal alone or get some work done if you're there on business. The bar area even has plenty of outlets, making it a convenient place to work. And the Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding is outstanding, particularly considering how affordable it is compared to prices in NYC.

Took my beautiful girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day and she said it was the best V-Day ever we loved our food and our waitress was so nice and polite

The first issue of the night was parking for this particular resturant. It would have great if i was a guest at the hotel the resturant was connected to but I was not. So I had to park 2 blocks away. The next issue that I had with the resturant was the service. It was horrible. It took the waiter about an hour to take our drink and food orders and just as long for us to receive those orders. I thought that I was a victim of the TV Show Punked the service was so bad. The only upside to this experience was the food was really good...my hat is off to the chef!
