Sparks - Spartanburg

I took my lovely girlfriend out for Valentine's Day and she said it was the best V-Day ever. We enjoyed our meal and our server was extremely kind and courteous.

The staff appeared inexperienced and unorganized as if it was their first time working in a restaurant. The service was erratic with missing items. The food took a long time to arrive, despite the lack of customers. Overall, it appeared that the staff was unsure of how to properly run the restaurant.

We will be back good was excellent people service outstanding!!!

I had the convenience of dining at the restaurant located in the hotel where I was staying. The atmosphere was pleasant and the surroundings were peaceful, as I was the only one dining there. However, I was disappointed with the overcooked tuna appetizer that did not taste fresh. Additionally, the burger I ordered medium rare arrived 45 minutes later and was overcooked.

We went on Thanksgiving evening. The Thanksgiving Buffett was earlier that day but, we really wanted to try dinner there so that was not a problem. Our first time at Sparks and the dinner did not disappoint us. Food was prepared exactly as we ordered, our waiter was accommodating and pleasant. We will go back again.
