What User doesn't like about Smokin Wings:
ordered by doordash, so nothing can say about the customer service. the burger I ordered was another thema. in the app it shows the burger with fritten and no were present. the burger myself, which I have paid after controlling, delivery fee etc. $13.25 for doordash, should not be well cooked. the burger had a decent taste to my surprise and they have the jalapenos I requested. I just hate overcooked burgers. View all feedback.
Would give this place zero stars if that was an option. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. They left off the bacon (that we payed extra for) and got our sides wrong. The burger also tasted like something you would get from a school cafeteria. Do not recommend.
Ordered 50 wings online at 4:45pm got to the place at 7:15 and my order was still not ready I also order a pork chop sandwich had to wait 1 hour the front cashier was arguing with the cooks in the back this is really ridiculous I have never in my life experience service this horrible and service this slow I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE
The food was okay. But the older lady, this bag has haunted the food. Sometimes she coughs in her hand in her elbow and simply in the air without cover. Never wash her hands. She also licked the thumb to get the plastic bags. When I faced her, she said she was working for DEHC.
The food was delicious, but the cashier who was there on 02/27/22 at 3 p.m. was extremely rude, I also bought a combo and was charged for an additional drink because the cashier decided to take himself and calculate me for it. So my meal that should be $6,50 plus taxes was now $11. What a terrible business. I really hope you get new management, or this business is closed like everyone else. On the bright side, maybe Westgate will get a restaurant that takes care of her reputation, and one that does not treat her customers like?
Waited 45 minutes for our food, and the woman working the register mistakenly tipped herself the highest amount without my approval — I would have tipped 0% since the food took so long. At least when it finally arrived, it was hot and good. Never order from here without calling in advance.
