The app experienced a hiccup and skipped a step while I was ordering. Order placed, I started scrambling to update or contact the restaurant. Before I even had the order back on screen, a server/chef/saint/genius from Red Crab called me to fill in the gaps. Ten stars. Cannot recommend enough. Insert meme. Sorry but $18.99 for a 4 snow crab cluster was just too much. And waiter was extremely rude. Ordered extra corn but didn’t get it and he said sorry didn’t hear that but yet it was on the bill. Ten minutes later, we finally received our order, but here’s the twist: when we got to the car, we realized they hadn’t actually remade it. They had just reheated it and double-bagged it again. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and seemed incompetent, and the absence of a manager was glaring. It was no wonder there were only three patrons dining inside. We will be reaching out to corporate for a refund and can confidently say we will not be returning.
I have to say, charging $18.99 for a four-cluster serving of snow crab seemed excessive to me. Additionally, our waiter was quite rude. I ordered extra corn, but it never arrived, and when I mentioned it, he claimed he didn't hear me, even though it was listed on the bill. I also inquired whether beverages were included with the meal since it wasn't clearly stated, and he told me to ask the girl at the front. When I politely asked him again, he repeated the same response. While the food tasted good, the overall service left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the absence of alcoholic beverages is a major drawback. I wouldn't be surprised if this place doesn't last six months.
This was my first visit, and I ordered crab legs, lobster tail, and shrimp. The flavors were fantastic! It was deliciously messy, in a good way. My server, Travis, was exceptional—I'd love to have him at every restaurant I visit. Overall, the food deserves a perfect 5 out of 5!
After I was seated and saw the menu the prices were higher than what I had seen online. They had actually written the price in with pen. It's just not worth the price for the little amount that you get. I asked for not spicy with the garlic butter and I got I guess what was considered mild, but it was too spicy for me.Food: 2/5
Shrimp overcooked, claims extremely small, and sauce greasy. The best part of the meal was the corn; although, you only get 1/3 of a cob.Waitress was condescending and splashed liquids when refilling drinks.Place overpriced for the quality and amount of food. I won't eat at Red Crab again.Food: 1/5
