we came here as a visitor from reno and really enjoyed this place. the setup is nice, they order at the counter and they bring the food to any table they choose. the pizza and the cheesebread were very good. we also have a cookie cake. but as we have eaten, a gal with rehearsals of the frozen ecstard passed. it was good! What User doesn't like about Pi-squared Pizza:
The lack of prices on the menu was really a bad look for a chain pizza place but we remained in spite of this. We ordered two small pizzas. Upon checking, we basically paid twice the price of a large pizza. This is predatory pricing. The gentleman who rang us up who was presumable the owner did nothing to dissuade from this bad financial decision. Well you got us for $10, but we will never return again. Pizza wasn’t... The cheesy bread was so good and the wings was ok. It needs more crispy and less of sauce.
We went for lunch one day. Salad seemed to be really delicious. Not sure why since the garden salad was pretty much the same you'd get anywhere. I think it was the ranch dressing. The wings were too gloppy for me. But the taste was good. Small square pizza was yummy. I loved the crispy pan style. It was different from regular pizza since it was more like cheese bread with tomato sauce drizzled on it. I was disappointed that there was no table service. You order at the register and they bring you everything. The employees were super nice, friendly and helpful. Beer, soda and ice tea only.
Good pizza bad customer service. Placed an order online and went to pick it up only to find they had closed an hour and a half early. This was the night before the big snow storm so maybe they were all worried about the snow that was still 4 hours away... Wish they had disabled the online ordering so I didn't go all the way there and could have found someplace still open. I call the next day and the manager says they have receipt for my order and did I still want the pizza. No, I wanted it last night when it was still ok to drive. They say they can't do anything about last night (obviously). So, I ask for a refund and they tell me to take it up with my credit card. I ask to speak to a manager and they said they are the manager and there is no way for them to refund me. Now maybe they're super busy and super short staffed because of the snow, I don't know. But I find it very hard to believe there's no way for them to refund me and they clearly made zero effort. If they had even taken my name and number and asked if they could call me later that would have be fine. I would have understood. Just like I would expect them to understand I was upset about paying for a pizza, finding the restaurant closed, not getting the pizza, and not being refunded.

I wish we had instead got the custard (not that the cookie was bad, but the custard was just so creamy and good.) the outside views and the ambiente were great. would definitely recommend.
