What User likes about The Peddler Steak House:
I must say, the Mission dish I ordered was really good. While I wouldn't typically wait that long for a meal, I could see myself waiting about an hour. The salad I had was excellent, and the French Dovetail soup was the best I've tried in the upstate so far. If you're in the mood for something substantial, I definitely recommend giving it a try. We were celebrating our Anniversary so we thought on a week night, we could get better service. We were seated promptly, the drinks were good, apps, salad and entree were all okay. What we were surprised about was the decor in the restaurant. It is pretty evident that it has been there for years and some updating is definitely needed.
