Terrible service. Very rude and act bothered by customers

This place is ran by young people. Overpriced food. Cold flatbread pizza today. Asked if it could be heated. I was pointed to a microwave under the drink station. Are you kidding me??!End pieces of lettuce in our salad. Said they were out of pepper when I asked (how is that???? This sort of thing happens every time we come here. Several people complaining while we were there today. Last time here at this location.

45 minutes late on a scheduled rapid pick up order. Terrible communication between employees. There was zero help from employees and when asked for an update three different times were told the first time they were working on it. The second time we were told they didn’t see our order and were starting. 20 minutes later, we asked a third time and received attitude from employees saying they hadn’t started and were waiting on their manager.
