Tonight was our first visit to Monsoon since we moved here in June 2021. Everything we tried was delicious and the service was incredibly quick. The staff is very kind and friendly! Not the biggest fan of this place the best thing I can say it's got a great location especially for sitting outside I do wish they would have bigger tables for bigger groups of people. The food wasn't that good it did come out fast tho which was nice. I ordered the house noodles and I was told that they were saucy and they came out pretty much dry. I wouldn't call it the best place for ramen, but it's good and quick. It really hits the spot when I'm craving something nice and warm.
The food is absolutely delicious! Every meal is a treat. You must try the Coconut Fried Rice and Crispy Honey Chicken. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement...

The food was excellent, and when there was a mistake with my order, they addressed it quickly by bringing out an entirely new meal.
Y’all- please look past the glowing reviews on the Spartanburg Eats page- the manager (owner? might be actually psychotic. Please read my last review that definitely still stands- and also all of the recent reviews that claim there are bugs in the restaurant. He truly does not care. I cannot wait for this place to close and be replaced with something more reliable, tasty, and clean! :
