Mcdonald's - Spartanburg

The restaurant is aware that their fountain drinks are flat, but they continue to sell them. It took them 20 minutes to refund $1.49. The food preparation staff were idle while I waited over 15 minutes for a single burger, causing me to be late for work.

Be cautious with your receipts! I was mistakenly charged an extra $6 for a Big Mac. I don't understand how they could mix up two number tens with a Big Mac. They quickly processed my debit card payment, but it has been 24 hours and I still haven't received my refund. I will not be using a debit card at this location again.

I visited this McDonald's and found it to be pleasant, although not particularly speedy. On average, it takes about 10 minutes to receive your food after placing an order. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a positive overall experience.

Fast service. Order was correct. Clean restrooms dining area. Food was McDonald's good. Mafia (my lion dog) loved his!!!

I 'm at this mcdonalds. I 'll tell the man behind the counter that I have a mobile order. Somehow or another the guy charged me for another order on top of mine. The manager or whoever comes out treating me as if it 's my fault my card was charged extra. She goes to refund my money and take the rest of the money off my card. Now I have no money and still have yet to get my food.I hate this McDonalds. They definitely went down hill. This food better be right... maybe I 'll still get it.
