Longhorn Steakhouse - Spartanburg

Today was our first visit here.Often the parking lot is crowded so we thought we would give it a try.Honestly , we will *never go back. It simply isn’t worth the expense. It was okay, simply not worth it, for us.The atmosphere is family friendly and comfortable.The staff was courteous, yet service was very slow.My husband got the outlaw ribeye snd potato and he rated the steak a 4 or 5 out of 10.I’m a vegetarian and after eating a fresh yet very skimpy salad, dried out bread and *very greasy fried onions, and a small side of mac and cheese The mac and cheese is different and it is tasty, yet I left very hungry.The bathroom is comfortable and roomy.The floor in our area stayed with a bit of trash on it the entire time that we were there.*Once again, Some people must enjoy it because the parking lot is often very full.Vegetarian options: Salads, veggies, bread and french onion soup.Kid-friendliness: yes

Bret first of all kilais working on weekends and the filet miyong how ever u spell it Bret do not order it it ain’t the one I’m tryna tell u just get some chicken or sun but frl I’m just looking out fo yall peace and love my soul brothers and sisters

If you are dinning in, then the service is good. If you are dinning out, the service is terrible and awful. Take out food should be prioritized as well. It is not worth the wait. Longer waiting times is unacceptable especially when they are not busy during the times I have ordered. I counted 7 tables being waited on with customers. Completely insane.

My meal was not too great this time. My steak was overcooked and tough. I waited 15 to 20 mins in the parking lot for my food. Normally the food is good.

Bartender was excellent. Steak was cooked just right.
