Spartanburg has become one of my favorite spots to visit, especially because of this wonderful restaurant. They serve up delicious smoothies, bowls, and wraps, and always prioritize their customers' needs. The owner, Emily Vargo, is amazing and truly cares about her community by not only providing great food, but also supporting local businesses. This place is definitely a gem in Spartanburg! What User doesn't like about Health In Hand:
Usually, the smoothie bowls are good, but today I have the Açaí bowl and it tasted like ice, hardly any granola. I felt like I paid $12 for a bowl of fruit and ice. Last spring they did better, maybe? all are cheaper with the product, but I was not satisfied. The açaí was friendly to frozen and icy. I honestly wanted a refund, but good. Spain has much better ways to make it, maybe in their ways to make it View all feedback.
First line it is quite expensive, so much that I only ordered as splurge. I ordered the delivery, so I can't say anything like the building itself! the Mediterranean wrap was delicious; I felt I got my money out of him, as it was full of shame! it was bigger than I thought and very filled for what it was! the Mermaid-Lemonade, although very pretty, is an acquired taste, I think. it didn't taste as if it were at all sweetened and was full on lemon-shaped, briney taste the best I could describe, it is lemony sea water.) I don't see that I ordered it again! Overall I really like it and I knocked out just one star because of the price it is higher than I use to pay for veggie wraps and limonade. a notiz! when you order online, it seems a mistake with the menu! a delivery service has it where they offer many different smoothies and things, but they are sold out, but on their website the menu is really small. I don't know what this is about.

I got the spice of life smoothie with added vegan protein. It tasted like like liquid candy!
