Hardee's - Spartanburg

My experience at this restaurant started off on a negative note when I discovered that my drink was missing from my order. I called the store right away to inform them of the situation, and they asked me to come back to retrieve it. The manager was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, the management at this restaurant is excellent and they truly prioritize customer satisfaction.

The restaurant was undergoing renovations, but the staff remained polite despite being busy with a high volume of customers in the drive-thru.

Literally the worst fast food place I've ever had. From half of the breakfast menu, if 2 people are waiting for you to wait a 20-minute and will still most likely have to take up and wait for your meal. Not recommended

Older red headwife who works here is a joke we waited inside like 10 minutes, one they wouldn't even take or order when she finally went halfway through her to stand through a straight left we never came back to finish our order.

The smoked sausage and cheese breakfast sand that was cold. Yeah, I mean cold. Probably from the previous morning. Get Hardees together. You only have a job, make sure your customers have a good culinary experience. Heat the food properly.
