Good service. As always the ice cream is delicious.

Price has gone way up. Meals are up in price, sprinkles on your sundae?... $0.49 per sundae....ranch with your meal?... 0.79 per sauce. Ranch had the consistency of milk. Disappointed with the direction this location has headed. What used to be a mid to low $20's dine out is now in the $30's.

Very disappointed in my visit here. I was looking forward to eating some super good 'fan food ' but I was given the wrong order twice so I just ate the third mistake. Fries and Onion rings were good. My husband enjoyed the chicken strips and our daughter enjoyed the ice cream cone with her kid 's meal. The service was just terrible. The chicken quality has drastically declined. Too bad...Use to be awesome place to grub. Additionally, there were dirty lids and trash on the table. Maybe next time will be better if there is a next time.

I looked on the website site before taking my grandchildren here for ice cream. The website said they stayed open until 10:00. We walked in at 9:05. They greeted us at the door and said they were closed but the window was open. We couldn't take a 2 year old and a 3 year old through the drive through to eat ice cream in the dark and in their car seats. If you're not open post the correct hours. Now I have two crying children wanting ice cream. Spartanburg location.

If you want food poisoning, this is the place to go! Should have turned around and left after seeing the floor anyway. Food wrappers and napkins on the floor and the floor and tables were sticky! Never again will i eat here pr any other DQ! Negative 10 stars
